ONC Henry Books: End-User License Agreement and Terms of Use Last updated: September 25, 2026 1. What this app is ONC Henry Books is an internal software tool built and used only by Old Number One Customs LLC ("ONC," "we," "us"). It connects to ONC's own QuickBooks Online company so ONC can read and post its own accounting data for bookkeeping and job costing. 2. Who may use it The app is licensed only to Old Number One Customs LLC and the people ONC authorizes to work on its books. It is not sold, licensed, or offered to the public or to any other business. No one outside ONC may connect it to a QuickBooks company. 3. License ONC grants authorized ONC users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for ONC's internal business purposes only. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or use the app for anyone else's data. 4. QuickBooks and Intuit The app works with QuickBooks Online, which is a product of Intuit Inc. Your use of QuickBooks is also governed by Intuit's own terms. ONC Henry Books is not made, endorsed, or supported by Intuit. 5. Connecting and disconnecting ONC authorizes the app's access by connecting it inside QuickBooks Online. Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the app in QuickBooks (in QuickBooks Online, go to Apps, then My Apps, find ONC Henry Books, and choose Disconnect). Once disconnected, the app can no longer read or post data. 6. No warranty The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. ONC remains responsible for reviewing its own books. 7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, ONC and the people who build or run the app are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from use of the app. 8. Privacy How the app handles data is described in the ONC Henry Books Privacy Policy at https://www.oncbuilds.com/app-privacy. 9. Changes ONC may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows the latest version. 10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Alabama. 11.
