ONC Henry Books: Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ONC Henry Books, an internal tool used only by Old Number One Customs LLC ("ONC," "we," "us"), handles data. It covers only this app. The general website privacy practices of oncbuilds.com are separate.

1. What data the app accesses
When ONC connects the app to its QuickBooks Online company, the app can access ONC's own QuickBooks accounting data. That includes records such as accounts, transactions, bills, invoices, payments, vendors, customers, items, classes, and reports that live in ONC's QuickBooks company. The app does not access any other company's QuickBooks data.

2. How the data is used
ONC uses this data only for its own bookkeeping and job costing, such as coding bills and expenses to the right job and cost code, reconciling records, and reviewing job profitability. The app may also post entries back to ONC's own QuickBooks company for those same purposes.

3. Sharing
We never sell this data. We do not share it with third parties, except the service providers needed to run the app (for example, the secure hosting and software services the app runs on). Those providers may process the data only to operate the app for ONC. We may also disclose data if required by law.

4. Security
QuickBooks connection credentials (access and refresh tokens) are stored encrypted in a secured environment with access limited to ONC. We use reasonable safeguards to protect the data, but no system is perfectly secure.

5. Retention
We keep app data only as long as needed for ONC's bookkeeping and job costing, or as required by law. The accounting records themselves remain in ONC's QuickBooks company.

6. Disconnecting and deletion
ONC can disconnect the app at any time inside QuickBooks Online (go to Apps, then My Apps, find ONC Henry Books, and choose Disconnect). Disconnecting stops all further access. To ask that stored credentials and any app-held copies of data be deleted, email jake@oncbuilds.com. We will confirm once deletion is complete.

7. Children
The app is a business tool and is not directed to children.

8. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
